Best possible outcomes of the Balkan Wars

As the title says, what do you think are the best possible results of the Balkan Wars and how do you think they would be better achieved? Furthermore, how do you think they would play in changing the situation in the area in regards to a possible Great War.

It last for 15 seconds, nobody gets killed and no shots are fired, and then everyone comes to their senses and reach a negotiated settlement

For each country:

Ottoman Empire is able to hold the line and possibly white peace/wait for intervention. Preferably no war with Italy at the time and already has more troops in Europe.

Bulgaria: Enters Salonika before the Greeks, wins the Battle at the Catalca Line.

Serbia: Not quite sure.

Montenegro: Same as Serbia.

Greece: Able to take all of Northern Epirus and move eastwards after taking Salonika, taking more of the Aegean Coast.

Reckon this is the best possible outcomes for each country?

I'm actually pursuing a POD linked to the Balkans Wars for an upcoming TL I'm working on. I'm looking at closer cooperation between Bulgaria and Serbia. This pan-slavicism is fostered by Russia at the Treaty of Bucharest. In turn Bulgaria doesn't strike out against the Balkan League as OTL. I'm still not sure if Greece should strike out or the Balkan League strikes out following the ATL treaty. But I don't want to spoil too much.

Italy not only takes Libya from the Ottomans but Yemen and Asir as well, since Yemen and Asir are just across the red Sea from Eritrea. This way Italy is in position in 1924 to prevent the Saudis from taking Hejaz away from the Hashemites. And they may be in position to conquer the Nejd itself from the Saudis leaving Eastern Proivince to Luwait or Qatar or Bahrain or a combination of the three. Italy would do the World a great favor if it could keep the Wahabis away from the Muslim Holy Plafces and out of power.

Giolitti accept the Porte offer to give Italy the total administration and economic developement of Lybia with the OE keeping only the nominal possession of the land.
No Italy-Turk war and so a lot less incentive for the rest of the Balkan nations to pile up against the OE who has showed a lot of military weakness and his already spent for the war against the Italian.
The best outcome for the Balkan wars is no Balkan wars.

For Bulgaria the best possible outcome would be for a stray artillery shell to hit the Bulgarian King Ferdinand ;)

More seriously, less focus on trying to capture Istanbul - a nearly impossible, dangerous and ultimately pointless adventure - and to focus on taking over as much of Macedonia as possible. I don't think that taking over Salonica is that important, as it would lead to an inevitable conflict with Greece.

Could Greece ever take Smyrna in a Balkan Wars analogue or is that just way over stretching Greece's capabilities?

In that particular war? No.

Look at how Greece done in the war with Turkey around 7 years later.

Well, it was "winning" until Turkey's revolution was completed and they turned the tide on Greece... but atm Turkey is still the OE during the Balkan Wars.

I was using that as an example. But Greece will most likely chew off more than it can handle.

True. Greece would need different leadership to take only what they could actually defend instead of trying to restart the Byzantine Empire.

Precisely.

Or maybe it is extremely lucky and is somehow able to take and keep Smyrna in a later war. Maybe.
