Which of these these PoDs is more likely to produce a victory for Nazi Germany -- where they dominate the continent, put Generalplan Ost into effect, continue to hold power to 1960, or whatever else, in terms of victory, is plausible?
"Victory in the West" -- The British agree to a negotiated peace around the time of the Fall of France; the war between Germany and the Soviets still breaks out, where the latter (at least at first) fight alone.
"Victory in the East" -- Stalin kills himself during his dacha retreat in late June; as a result, the Soviet government either falls into infighting or coalesces around an ineffective shared power arrangement that tries to sue for peace until things are calmed down.
