All of these men claim to be Napoleon in some form or another, but which one of them is the closest to the real thing? That is up to you to decide? Any i'm missing list in comments.:)
Napoleon III- the other French Emperor

Thutmose III- Napoleon of Egypt

Antonio López de Santa Anna- Napoleon of the West

Nader Shah- Napoleon of Persia

George B. McClellan - the Young Napoleon

James K Polk- Napoleon of the Stump

Simon Bolivar- the South American Napoleon

Francisco Solano López – the Paraguayan Napoleon

Stonewall Jackson – Napoleon of the Confederacy

You missed Shaka Zulu - the Black Napoleon:cool:

(Personal declaration - I once wrote an AH short story (long since lost in the mists of time, sorry) in which Napoleon was exiled to South Africa rather than St Helena and lived long enough to meet Shaka. Nappy had a grand old time reviewing the Impis, and when Shaka was introduced to him with the interpreter saying "Some people call him the black Napoleon", Boney replied with "non, J'etais le Shaka blanc"...)

Curious how being 'Napoleon' caught on, but nobody ever styles themselves 'The Young Hitler' or 'The Black Hitler'...

Best Regards
