Best CSA timeline?

Hey everybody. Long time lurker, and i was wondering if someone could point me in a certain direction? I noticed that this forum consists of a LOT of timelines that involve the south winning or at least not losing. I'm taking a class on the Civil war, and right now were in the speculation period before the war, occasionally talking about what might've been. I was wondering if anyone could point me to what they consider to be the best civil war and beyond timeline. Feel free to self advertise. Im not looking for anything in particular. Anything from "Sumter was never attacked" to "Europe intervenes" as a POD will do. Thanks everybody

The best in your opinion, as someone who has read a couple of them. Im not looking to see necessarily the South grow to a power or anything. Just the most interesting to read

OK, the Union adopts the Spencer Carbine and Henry Rifle as standard weapons with gradual modernization of rifle-muskets while convincing Virginia to stay in the Union with Lee at the helm of the Army. The war ends brutally with the destruction of the CSA armed forces by 1863 just in time for an emancipation proclaimation to be made. The defeat is so complete that it breaks the back of Southern morale but leaves some of the infrastructure intact, making it easier to rebuild. The defeat is also so encompassing that revisionist Southern jingoism is minimized though still existant. Slavery ends, more people live, and maybe the American blacks get some better treatment out of the whole mess. Also Lincoln lives a bit longer, whether that is a benefit or not is up to others.
