Best Case Scenario for Italian gains following WW1?

Obviously the Treaty of Versailles was a big disappointment for Italy, not having gotten the colonial possessions they were looking for or more importantly much of their desired gains in Croatia, Slovenia, etc.

What is the most realistic scenario if we're looking for a bit of an Italy wank?

The problem with Italy gaining places like Dalmatia and Slovenia is Wilson pushing for self-determination. If you get rid of his influence somehow, it's much more likely for the Italians to get their hands on those precious, precious slavic lands.

Have Italy remain neutral, then pounce on Austria-Hungary once that nation begins to collapse in 1918.

Italy could take its OTL gains, plus Dalmatia and no other nation would really be in a position to stop it.

With all resources poured into the Italian Front used elsewhere and Italy a means to get desparate needed food and resources (for hard cash of course) there is a big lekelyhoof Aiustria won't crash in 1918 because it would have won (and the other CPs) in 1917...
