Belgian revolution fails, Greater Netherlands survives, her colonies and alliances ?

So Greater Netherlands exists beyond 1831, includes an entire Benelux area and has more power than Netherlands alone.

I presume that her foreign relations would be pretty much revolving around anti French alliances or at least trying to be friendly with them. But would such a state be powerful enough to involve herself into, let's say Franco - Prussian war, or any similar continental war?

Her colonies - Indonesia is hers as IRL, but what about Africa, would they have any successful claims realized. Maybe Congo Free State for the dutch crown? Anything else ?

Interesting idea would be of such more powerful Netherlands and France under adventurous Nappy III. being best of friends and their mutual war against Britain for parts of her colonial empire ( Quebec and S.Africa )

Asuming the Belgian revolt, or French conspiracy, is averted. The Larger Netherlands will continue more as a federative Kingdom. Most likeley the best of the two Nations will result in an, intentional, big player. The industrilazation of Belgium was one of the firsts and efficients of the continent. Combined with the colonial posessions of the North, by 1830ties still second of the British, would provide a larger market. The emerging textile industry in cities like Genth and Aalst will not suffer from a loss of markets,as in OTL. Antwerp will continue its very large growth as it did prior to 1830.
Most likely there will be no Dutch Congo, on the other hand Dutch Gold coast will be hold, even an arangement will be made by the British and Danes to take over all trade posts on the Gold coast. The industrial out put and econimic growth would be larger than OTL, with taht an increase in the need for markets and , source for raw materials. This could give a desire to claim more overseas teritories, in Asia and Africa, even participate in the scramble for Africa in the 2nd part of the 19th century. With a relative large heavy industry (the South) and a large shipbuilding industry ( the North) and an increase in overseas assests and market which need to protect an large navy could be desired. For continetal afairs most likely the nation will be neutral.
Luxembuorg beiing part of the German confederacy, customs union or what ever, is not an isssue, just as it wasn't in OTL.
You might wonder if, for economic resons, the Netherlands will be part of the German Custom Union.
