Beatles and Disney

How would animation and history be changed if John and the rest of the group accepted Disney's offer to be the voice of the vultures in the Jungel book?

Probably not at all. Oh, it would certainly make for a nifty trivia question, but the Beatles performed in enough different media anyways that one voice-acting stint wouldn't add much. As for Disney, well, what's one more set of famous people doing cameos to them? It almost seems like everyone in show biz shows up with them at one time or another.

The studio uses it to market the film then and later in rereleases.

Other than that, probably nothing much is changed. Except, we should consider what the Beatles did in the OTL in lieu of recording dialogue. Maybe a butterfly or two would creep in from that, and them recording dialogue instead of doing other things.

From Wikipedia...

In the original book, the vultures are grim and evil characters who feast on the dead. Disney lightened it up by having the vultures bearing a physical and vocal resemblance to The Beatles, including the signature mop-top haircut. It was also planned to have the members of the band to both voice the characters and sing their song, . However, scheduling conflicts, added to John Lennon reacting badly, lead to the idea being discarded.
