Battle of Crecy and Battle of Poitiers questions

So, two questions I guess regarding the hundred years war.

Firstly: During the Battle of Crécy otl, Philip VI had his horse killed under him twice, he just about managed to escape the scene of the fighting. What would have happened had during one of those times, Philip had been dragged down by his horse's fall and crushed under the weight of the beast, thus dying during the battle? I'm pondering this in relation to the battle itself, the progress of the Edwardian phase of the HUndred Years War at large, and the running of France in general.

Secondly: What might the consequences have been if at Poitiers, instead of being captured and escaping respectively, both John II of France and Charles, Dauphin of France had died?

France is going to be in trouble. John's heir Charles (later the Vth) is seven. John better not die too.

If John dies at Poitiers along with Charles? Louis, Duke of Anjou will be King. His historical focus on Naples will be nonexistent, as I expect he will be busy saving France from England.

Alright very interesting. I take it if John dies shortly afterwards as a result of the Black Plague, his brother Philip would serve as regent for Charles V.
