Baseball WI: What if George Steinbrenner bought the Indians?

Early in 1972, George Steinbrenner had a deal with Jimmy Stouffer, the eldest of the Stouffer kids, to buy the Indians, but Vernon, Jimmy's Dad and the principal owner, already agreed to sell the team to Nick Mileti.

What if that deal didn't happen and Steinbrenner would have become the owner of the Indians? How different would Baseball be today?

Guess Major League would be about the Cubs then.

Har har har. Har har har. That's so funny I forgot to freaking laugh.

Yeah...you're probably right...I'm just going to grab my tear-soaked Cubs jersey and skulk in the corner now. It's something I'm used to.

But my AL team's good! GO JAYS!
