Barbarians Getting Triumphs

Well, you had to be supreme commander of a victorious army to be allowed a triumph. And Republic of Rome didn't make barbarians commanders of its army. In Imperial era triumphs were generally reserved for emperors or members of the ruling family. So no, barbarian general in service of the Empire might have been at best granted "triumphal ornaments" and/or an "ovatio" (a lesser triumph).
