I would like to start a thread were everyone who likes to, can post self-made alternate history threads of the Baltic region.
There are however, a few 'requirements' and a couple of other things to note:
- The region must be a bit 'balkanised', so I would not appreaciate a big map of a "Baltic Union" and that's it.
- I would like the proposed maps to be a bit culture/nation-related. So, more small nation states, rather than bigger states that conquer and swallow up other nations. Maybe it is even better if I say that there should not be (or at least not to many) annexations or conquered lands etc.
- Maps you could for instance use can be found here and here.
- You may also include areas like Prussia ('ethnic' Prussia, so not the huge power it grew to), Ingria, Finland, Lapland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Scania, Pomerania etc. etc. (so Nordic regions are permitted too but the emphasis is on the Baltic region.
