Balkans not in the Warsaw Pact

What if the Balkans had been liberated by the western Allies, not the Soviets, and thus became NATO nations?

What political order would be established there? Would Tito still be in power? Would Marshall Plan aid lead to a more stable situation?

Perhaps either Churchill's plan for going through the Balkans took off, or Hitler's armed forces were a bit more successful then OTL.

Best case, the Balkans become democracies, worst case, they become pro-Western dictatorships like Greece was.

How will you get the troops into the Balkans in the first place?

Maybe after italy capitulates Wallies are more successfull in seizing it (or germans less so) so no need for additional troops and front stabilizes. Troops are then diverted to Yugoslavia where they are aided by partisans.

Or Turkey is somehow persuaded to join Wallies in late 1942/1943 using it as a springboard.

Well, regardless how the liberation actually happens, will aid from the West encourage the squabbling ethnicities of the Balkans to stop fighting so much?

If history shown anything is that best way to ensure that is outside strong arm keeping passions in check.

A good POD could be a France fights on scenario. Suppose the French government relocates to Algeria and combined with the British seize Libya, Sardinia, and Sicily. This would keep the Italians so busy they couldn't go picking fights with Greece, without a need to support his Italian allies Hitler probably won't invade Yugoslavia and Bulgaria will remain neutral.
