Baldwin IV does not have Leprosy

As in the title says, Baldwin IV or the Leper King, became King of Jerusalem at its highest extent in the 1180's, he dies from the disease and his successor Baldwin V also has leprosy and dies, leaving Guy de Lusignian to ascend, who, as we know, Fucks up at Hattin, and sends the Kingdom FUBAR.

He died at a early age (24)
So what would happen if Baldwin didn't have Leprosy?

Baldwin IV.

The marriages of his two sisters assume less importance. Sybilla probably won't marry William of Montferrat or Guy of Lusignan. I see less factional feuding between the "western" and "native" groups that started as a result of Baldwin's illness. I still see Reynald of Chatillion as a problem. But less factional infighting means that the kingdom has a better chance to stand up to Saladin.

The 3rd crusade, with it's deal between Saladin and Isaac Angelus, doesn't occur, nor does the 4th Crusade. So Byzantium doesn't get screwed in this crucial period.
