Axis Victory - Japan Attacks Russia and More

Is this a plausible way for Germany to win?

This is a current summary of what happens in the alternate history for my work-in-progress Hearts of Iron 4 mod called Achsenmachtesieg. It is not meant to be a particularly well writen or realistic Alternate History. This is just a timeline that allows for an interesting Game and scenario with three reasonably powerful factions of the Volksgeminschaft (Germanic Axis), the Novum Imperium Romanum (Latin Bloc), and Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere (Japanese Empire), almost as a mirror to our Cold War with the American and Soviet spheres of influence, with a third, smaller, sphere that ultimately bends to the Americans, the British sphere.

Differences Summary

  • Mussolini is competent.
  • Germany and Italy economically support Spain after the civil war.
  • Germany builds Jets.
  • Breton Nationalists help with the invasion of France
  • Yugoslavia is attacked before Greece.
  • Turkey is invaded before Barbarosa.
  • Japan invades the Soviet Union (meaning Siberian soldiers can't defend Moscow)
  • Russia is split by Germany and Japan
  • Lisbon joins the war (and immediately gets defeated)
  • Britain is invaded and a civil war is staged
  • Britain exiles to canada
  • North and Vichy France unite, but SS State of Burgundy is formed and Brittany is occupied.
  • Germany invades North America through Iceland and Greenland.
  • Quebecois nationalists help with the invasion of North America
  • Canada and the US form the United States and Territories of North America as an emergency
  • Germany gets help from Mexico, El Salvador, Venezuela, Peru, and Brazil.
  • Mittelafrika formed
The war ends in 1936, lasting a bit longer in this timeline, and the fate of the world is determined in the 1947 Berlin Conference.
I have a large part of the detailed lore written (5 pages) already. Although it is detailed, it is not complete, and I am not a historian.

Not plausible in the slightest. Its like a mish mash of all the Axis victory clichés, none of which would help them win. However if its for a game scenario with fun and interesting gameplay in mind over plausibility then go for your life.

Yes, Axis Victory timelines are overdone. And this one isn't much different. Although it is one a few made for a HOI4 mod. - It's a HOI4 mod called Achsenmächtesieg (Axis Victory Mod AVM) where the Axis (or perhaps, The Tripartite Pact) won WW2. Although Germany is the most powerful nation in this world - perhaps more powerful than the US today - it doesn't specifically focus on Germany The biggest POD is that Japan attacks the Soviets before the USA.
