Austro-Hungary-Bavaria-Bohemia-Slavonia...

A different outcome of the war of Bavarian succession leads to early independence for Belgium under the house of Wittelsbach is about the easiest way to achieve it.

Seconded.

What could be interesting is that ITTL, Wittelsbach-Belgium would be the main goal of French expansion, yet unlike IOTL, the Austrians wouldn't be that inclined to defend. That should require more military action from the British and the Dutch.

Austria-Hungary-Bavaria-Bohemia-Slavonia...? Say hello to the new 800 lb gorilla. Hell, if it happened early enough might it give the Austrians a bit more clout enough to avoid the Ausgleich or at least give the Hungarians a bit less? It would certainly lead to some rejigging of international relations. As Monty Burns has mentioned Britain and the Netherlands are going to have to be more active in keeping the French out of Belgium, Prussia is going to stay Britain's main continental ally as a counterweight against Austria I would think, plus numerous other changes.

Well IIRC at one point Albert V was awarded part of Bavaria by Sigismund that state of affairs didn't last all that long as Sigismund changed his mind and awarded the lands to another Wittelsbach branch.
So lets have Sig die before he can reverse his decision and have the Wittelsbachs react badly and go to war against Albert who at this point is now Archduke of Austria King of Bohemia and Hungary. While I think its rather unlikely that he'd annex the whole of Bavaria even if the war becomes a one sided curb-stomp it still is technically possible that he could. So there you have it Austria, Bavaria, Bohemia, Hungary, and Slavonia all in one nice neat package it has just slightly better of a chance of surviving past Albert's death than a snowball in hell but give Albert a few more good years than had in OTL and it may stick around for awhile.
