Austrian Succession 2.0

What would the results be if HRE Josef I's son, Leopold Josef succeeds as HRE Leopold II, marries, and has children. However, he only has daughter(s) when he dies.

OTL Karl VI is dead (whether by poisoned mushrooms as is rumored or not), but his son, Leopold Johann survives.

Now, do we still get a modified/delayed war of the Austrian Succession? Likely to be five-way succession battle (Saxony-PLC, Bavaria, whoever Maria Theresia/Maria Anna's married to, and whoever the daughter is married to)?

Not really, Leopold Johann will be the successor of Leopold Joseph. This will also strengthen position, since now they won't have do concessions for a Pragmatic, which afterwards was ignored.

Also if Leopold Johann is still unwed, it might strengthen his claims if he marries the (eldest) daughter of Leopold II. After all, letting her marry out of the family, it gives the Habsburgs a headache they don't need in Hungary and Bohemia - I think.
