It would take a significant reversal of Austrian policy for them to even want such a thing. Maybe it could happen if they somehow lost Hungary, perhaps in a much more successful 1848 revolution?
I’d suspect that in this scenario Silesia would be taken by Austria due to whatever alt war with Prussia allowed the formation of this Kleindudstchland.
