Yes, specifically a possibly successful Austro-Russian campaign in 1789 resulting in Austrian annexations in the eastern Balkans and also perhaps Austrian participation in the second partition of Poland.

French power would continue to wane and Austrian influence would continue to grow...both in Germany and Italy.

Does this lead to another reversal of aliances with a Franco-Prussian raproachment countered by and Anglo-Austrian alliance? Where would Russia throw its weight?
 
I wonder if Enlightened reform would not be halted because of Austria now not being witness to the excesses of extremist Enlightenment politics. There would not be a negative stigma on reform, and possibly it could continue, especially if Emperor Leopold II reigned longer, instead of catching a fever and dying only two years into his reign.
