Austria unites the Danube

What if Austria managed to gain Bavaria during the war of Bavarian succession, resulting in Austria more or less controlling the Danube all the way to the Rhine when you account for "Further Austria"?

Would the Hapsburgs still feel inclined towards partaking in the Polish Partitions or Austro-Turkish War (1788-1791)?

Would Emperor Joseph II's linguistic reforms be more successful with Bavaria as part of Austria?

The problem isn't Russia. The problem is Prussia!
OTL They tried to gain Bavaria in exchange for the Austrian Netherlands. Fredrick the Great send troups to Bohemia to prevent that.

Nobody wants Belgium... the Austrians were basically trying to GIVE the place away it was such a headache. But its quite possible for Fritz to end up in a position where he can't effectively contest Austrian desires in the region, given the less than predestined nature of Prussia's rise to great power status.

The PoD ist the war of Bavarian succession.
That means the 7 years war is already over and Prussia on the way of recovery and an accepted Great Power.
So Fredrick would act if inaction means Austria gets stronger!

And Nobody wanted Belgium isn't correct.
France wanted it because of its trade income. (The same reason why Austria keept it.)
That was a security risk and needed high defence spending.
The maintancecosts and the distance to the Austrian Mainlands was the reason for Joseph disiring the exchange.

If you want Prussia unable to take action we need an earlier PoD.
