US is quite a question because japan had a very slm chance in beating it and for germany it would depend on certin decisions made by hitler.
such as dunkirk and operation barbarossa.
Lets take some few seconds for rational thought.
Japan lost the war before it began. They stood no chance.. wrong war .. wrong time. great they knock out pearl.. so what.. pearl was not everything to the US military. All we had to do was sit on our hands, there was nothing Japan could do to the US mainland to compel surrender.
Germany.. if they would have stopped at Austria like smart people, then you could have a multi polar cold war if Germany didn't just go bankrupt.
Problem with Germany is that they were over spending by astronomical measures and had no way to sustain the economy more then a few years out.
Ok so lets move on in this .. Germany decides to do its thing and things go to plan France falls, Poland falls, etc.etc.. etc.. then Germany stops, and puts out peace feelers over and over and doesn't invade Soviet Union. It still goes belly up. Germany can't remain in France indefinitely. Germany would also have to rein in Italy and pull out of things it didn't really want to be in anyway.. so great .. you have a large central European Germany, spent too much on war that gained them not very much. Booted out and or exterminated all the slavs and jews and well anyone they darn well pleased and your left with ... failure. Germany should have stopped in 38, early 39 or been stopped.
Once the United States and Russia get moving it's pretty much over.
but Japan stood no chance..
