I would love to know more about the German states (North Germany/Prussia, Baden, Württemberg, Bavaria, Austria), but also about Poland, Armenia (and the situation in this region) and Chile
The German States will be covered in full around tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Chile's situation will be covered via articles so don't worry

Even accepting that the Immperial and Confederal coat of arms are different (sure). It says that the Emperor is from Saxony but his arms show Prussian and House Hohenzollern elements (Prussian Black Eagle on White, Brandenburg Red Eagle on White, Hohenzollern Black-White quarters). And his wikibox both says elective monarchy but hereditary appointer. Also what is the President (currently held by Prussia)? I mean historically there was President of the Confederation but here there is also a Kaiser.

Did they keep the historical constitution so President is constitutionally the Prussian King but but took most of the Presidential power and position as head of state and gave it to the elective position of Kaiser.

Also, Hesse says "only Upper Hesse" but the map shows the part south of the Main River too.

It is partially hereditary as the candidates need to have blood lineage to the first monarch of the NGC.
The Hohenzollern arms are there due to the fact that the Hohenzollerns united the country.
The President of the NGC is largely a ceremonial role as well, much like the President of the Senate, and only announced legal and royal proceedings. The title is indeed tied to the King of Prussia.
