Asia after a CP victory in WW1

This scenario is a companion to the setting I discussed in this thread. Let's assume that Germany and the other Central Powers are victorious in 1918. In this timeline North America is split between the CSA and USA after a Southern victory in the Civil War. WW1 proceeded as in our own TL but a lack of American involvement and strong wins in 1918 allows the CP to win in late 1918. Britain comes out relatively unscathed except that Germany now has domination over the European continent. France obviously takes the brunt of shelling out war reparations to Germany, and would likely end up losing its colonies.

Going into the 1920s, 30s, and 40s, how would Asia look in this world? My knowledge of 20th century Chinese and Japanese history isn't as thorough as I'd like, so I'm having some challenges envisioning the changes we might see going into a possibly different WW2. How would the East develop and change in this TL, and were might we be in that part of the world in the late 1930s?

Depends on what happened in the period between the US Civil War and *WWI.

Did the Spanish-American War, Russo-Japanese war, First Sino-Japanese War, etc, etc still happen?

However, given that History in this period seems to be playing out in the same way as OTL, nothing.

Japan won't give up what they gained, and Germany's dominance over Europe isn't going to change that much.
Since Britain has come out relatively unscathed, that seems to imply Africa and Asia went more-or-less the same way as OTL.

It may depend on the exact circumstances behind how decisive the victory is and what follows, but Germany's in no position to regain their colonial holdings.
