Since the Wranglers had their day in the Sun, now it's time for my adopted hometown team to bring it home! Go Breakers Go! (Of course, wouldn't mind seeing the Wranglers deliver the three-peat).

1: I welcome this new name with open arms.
2: Okay.
3: Well, good for her!
4: Sounds like the perfect time to revive the film series, doesn't it?
Yes indeed. And because of the movie's success, the character is now enjoying a renaissance in the public consciousness.
My face hurts from the smile I just made while reading that.

Uh, why? That is just stupid in my opinion. Just stick to Hartford Knights.

To Quote M. Bison....

I assume that the hard rock park will only last one season as hard rock like it did ottl. Intead of being turned into free style music park I like the idea of someone turning into a non musical thmeepark called grand strand funland. Pontical buyers include Themeparks llc the Koch family and Palace entertiment. Also i like the idea of new orleans jazzland never being built but hardrock having a seciton called jazzland.

More reaction to the 2008 Stanley Cup Finals:

Mark Madden (ESPN Radio Pittsburgh; WBGG-AM):
"My Jagoff of the Year Award goes to now-former Penguins head coach Michel Therrien. Not only did yinz hand the Stanley Cup to a team named after a Disney movie and owned by a lesbian couple, but yinz also coached yourself out of a job. Now, Mario Lemieux is handing out pink slips like Oprah."

Jim Rome (Rome is Burning): "Therrien clearly lacked any respect for San Diego through the entire Finals. Pulling Marc-Andre Fleury in a tie game when you're down 3-0 in the Finals will go down as one of the biggest bonehead moves in NHL history!"

Stephen A. Smith (First Take): "I told you, Skip! Ducks in Four! Crosby is just too damn young for this much pressure!"

Skip Bayless (First Take): "I honestly thought Pittsburgh had a chance to make this a competitive series. But San Diego had experience on their side."

Scott Kaplan (The Mighty 1090; XEPRS-AM San Diego/Tijuana): "Tiffany and Joyce will hoist the Stanley Cup at the San Diego Pride parade in Hillcrest at noon. And then later that evening at 7:00 pm, they join our world champion Ducks at Jack in the Box Stadium in Mission Valley for the victory rally. I will be covering both, as will my co-host Billy Ray Smith. We will have prizes and giveaways throughout the day and into the evening."

Mad Dog Russo (Mike and the Mad Dog Show; WFAN-AM New York): "Sid was cussing out the refs that entire series. That five minute game misconduct in Game 1 should've been the first red flag for the Pens. I understand Sid wanting a whistle when Francois Beauchemin drilled him, but that hit was clearly clean."
