Artwork Thread

I thought this thread may be needed for selfmade AH-art besides maps, flags and wikiboxes. The "Things that look like AH but aren't"-Thread would be probably the wrong place for this stuff.

I present King Himilvin of the Goth from my Araldyana Timeline:

Yes, we don't have a general artwork thread yet. I'm for it. :) Is the fellow on your illustration some Etruscan king ? (I am not familiar with your TL.)

Oh. OK. TLs with Goths staying in central and eastern Europe are rare.

they wont stay there for so long ;)
On my phone the colours look darker than I want them. Does anyone else think is skin is a bit to dark? I think I have to fix my computer....

By the way does anyone has other artwork to post? family trees, paintings etc.?

This was already posted in the car thread, but given its unique theme, I'm reposting it here. It is rather simple, though. Looking at it now, it might deserve a minor clean up of some of the pixels.

It's the car marque of Archambault, a French car company from my Hawaiian TL. As you can see, its slogan is "King of the Road". ;)

The family tree of the Theodosian Dynasty in my Araldyana Timeline, not finished yet and some misstakes, the year is for this one 421:

EDIT: removed

This started off for a game, but I've split it off as its own project, only using the name of the reigning Monarch for the former anymore.

I have'ntt updated it in awhile; I need to add about 3 generations, but anyways, it's good enough as is to post.

The first four generations were born under the original Imperial Charter, which was highly restrictive in who was considered a member of the Imperial Family, with the children born of those not the Empress/Crown Princess being considered outside of it, however starting with the fifth generation a new law came into effect that essentially created a system where all the 4G Empress's descendants were part of the Imperial Family.

Oh, and yes, Prince Azuro and Prince Yamato were brothers, who were also lovers, and yes Azuro married his brother AND an unrelated* woman.

*Same-sex incestuous relationships are fine, however the Imperial Order explicitly forbids marriage between straight couples if they're both members of the same Imperial line as well as highly discouraging (to the point it's never happened) marriage and childredn between those within the overall Imperial House.

Yes, yes it is, and it's only going to get bigger, I figure it might be one of those projects I do the rest of my life just for the hell of it, though I suppose by that point their'd be so many generations that they probably have evolved into a new form of Human. :p

Yeah, the initial start-up of Family Trees can be a bitch, but once you get into it and it's just a matter of adding with the same format it gets easier.
