Arthur Tudor and Catherine of Aragon

Yolande Louise of Savoy (1487-1499) was the daughter of Duke Charles I of Savoy and Blanche of Montferrat. In 1499, the 12-year-old Princess died.
In this scenario, Yolande Louise lives numerous years past 1499. Prince Arthur marries her as his second wife.

If Henry VII decides for a more French policy (maybe there are disagreements regarding the return of Catherine's dowry after her death) they could choose Germaine of Foix, the niece of Louis XII of France.

What about marrying Catherine's niece, Eleanor of Austria?

IOTL when she was young, Eleanor's relatives tried to marry her to the future King of England, Henry VIII, to whom she was betrothed. So we know we it is plausable, there is only a 22 year difference and it unites the House of Tudor with the strong House of Habsburg.
