Art, culture and architecture without WWII

Suppose an scenario where WWII never happened, and the Nazis never took power in Germany. What cultural trends can we expect in this scenario? Weimar Germany used to be one of the places were the Avant-Garde was full of ideas, so what happens if the Nazis do not rise and repress the 'degenerate arts'? I'm particulary interested in architecture, but also art, music, philosophy, pop-culture, etc. both in Europe and worldwide. Many TLs seem to focus in politics and wars, I would like to know the mindset of a world without WWII.

Just for fun, what about a world were the Nazis do take power, but they did not engage in war, like in the Kalter Krieg TL?

Architecturally, you would see far more surviving Gothic, Romanesque, Baroque and classical buildings.
Squarish "modern" buildings would be fewer.

Musically, far less American-influenced blues, jazz and rock bands. Remember that after Germany was flattened during WW2, the first few radio stations were (US) Armed Forces Radio and Radio Free Europe, which played rockabilly music popular among young American soldiers.
Also consider that early British pop music (1950s) was heavily influenced by American blues and rockabilly music.

Popular music would bee more based on wind instrument, and more influenced by roma music/klezmer, probably.

The attitude towards modern architecture might have been more positive since many of the negative connotations of the gigantic cityscapes wouldn't have existed. There might also have been a greater focus on railroad transportation instead of motorways, if the devastation of WWII wouldn't have been.
