The battle of the frigidus was between Flavius Arbogast and his puppet emperor Eugenius, and Theodosius I, along with Stilicho and Alaric. Historically, Arogast held nearly every advantage, yet through some great luck for Theodosius lost the battle. What if Arogast and Eugenius had won? Arbogast was a Pagan, and he was arguably the best roman general at the time.
