Any timelines where 13 colonies don't secede/succeed?

This is one of the biggest PODs ever. However, the only timeline that jumps into mind is For Want of a Nail. Well, there's also The Two Georges but it doesn't count. Does anyone know any others?

I'd argue on the biggest PoD ever part (a failed Alexander would have a much larger impact on the world for example), but what about Look To The West?
 
Harry Harrison's a Transatlantic Tunnel Hurrah Hurrah is another. George Washington is captured and executed at the end of the war. The story reveloves round one of his descendants who is the enginner behind a transatlantic railway tunnel
 
Strangely enough, no. I suspect it's because it will radically throw off European history immediately; and for a lot of writers, because the British were gonna bit asshats in suppressing the Rebellion, which owuld not make for interesting reading.
