Any one know

what other aircraft De Havaland where producing 1939 -41 when the Mosquito cam out other than their own

I am a bit stumped

de Havilland was more of a commercial transport and private plane builder rather than fighters and bombers.

Like the Albatross and the Flamingo airliners. They were build during that period.

If you mean Hatfield and Bolton, the shadow factory, you might remain stumped. If you mean the Airspeed factory in York, bought in 1940, you might find some Airspeed products, such as the Oxford, an Anson-like a/c, or one of the peculiar fleet shadowers. Otherwise, the Dragon Rapide and Tiger Moth were much sought after at the time.

useful

I was working on the assumption that they where building their pre-existing types and I am aware the tiger moth was in great demand both as a trainer and as a ground attack aircraft during the invasion panic.

Did not know about the Airspeed factory will have to dig into it a bit deeper thank you its always appreciated.

If it helps the time period I am looking at is 1939-mid 41 not post war so jets are out

During the 1930s and into WW2, DH built a wide variety of wood and fabric biplanes based on the Moth. They also built a few wood and fabric twins (e.g. Dragon Rapide) some of which were pressed into wartime service as light transports.
Just before the war, DH built a few molded plywood airplanes (Comet racer and Flamingo airliner).

DH built a few plywood and meta construction, jet-powered Vampire fighters during 1945, but they were too late to see combat.
DH did not build all-metal Comet airliners until after WW2.

The most numerous DH product was the Tiger Moth trainer. DH Mosquito covered all the other roles: fighter, bomber, Coastal Command, etc.
