Any ingredient of Mongol victory & Russian defeat still relevant for Germans to draw upon?

Is there any lesson from Mongol victory over Rus' that might be helpful for Germans to plan and wage war on Eastern Front?

No.

The situation was completely different (Mongols had to fight a bunch of feudal principalities, Germans were poised to invade an industrial juggernaut with an army that eclipsed their own), and the Mongols didn't conquer Rus, only turned it into ash and put the remainders under tributary control, which is not what the Germans wished to do at all.

Not even talking about the 700 year difference.

Not really, times had dramatically changed from the 13th century and Russia was actually a unified country instead of a variety of principalities. Plus the Mongols were coming from another direction and armies were numbered in the low 10s of thousands, not millions.
