Any good sources of Japanese war & contingency planning in early 20th century?

More and more stuff is being written about German war planning thanks to Terence Zuber and other scholars. I have seen some stuff written about the Japanese counterparts to War Plan Orange. Anybody know of good sources in english that cover the planning throughout the 30s, 20s and even the teens? And against enemies other than just the US fleet?

I borrowed this one and it seemed pretty good:
From Mahan to Pearl Harbor: The Imperial Japanese Navy and the United States,
Sadao Asada (Author)
Still does not offer quite as much detail as I would like on the roots of Japanese planning related to Singapore contingencies or the Southern Strike Group "think tank" based in Taiwan from the 1920s or early 1930s
