Any decent figures for the total casualties of 1848-49 revolutions

Belgian Revolution
Schleswig-Holstein insurgency (until 1852)
Prussian intervention in Schleswig-Holstein (The Franfurt parlaiment wanted it) , First German-Danish war)
Grand-Duchy Baden Revolution 1849
Berlin barricade fighting 1848
various insurgencies in the German states
Hungarian Revolution
Austrian Revolution
etc..there is much more to discover

Don't have a source but would expect the Hungarian revolt - a full-blown conventional war - to provide more casualties than all the rest put together.

Apart from the Schleswig war and the French expedition to Rome (both very small wars iirc) most of the others were little more than rioting.
 
The First War of Italian Independence, pitting Piedmont against Austria had significant casualties, but I suppose ess than in Hungary. If you had the casualties from the siege of Venice, where cholera imperversed causing 2.788 deaths accrding to wikipedia, are added, the total groes significantly.
