Hey Guys,
Let's say that Stalin is incredibly anti-Polish, we're talking as obsessively hateful of the Polish as Hitler was of the Jews. For the sake of this thought experiment let's say Stalin never acts on this vehement, racial hatred until after the Second World War. For the sake of some kind of catalyst let's just say that the stress and paranoia the war brought with it made Stalin go a little loopy and almost trigger his hatred of the Polish, so his prior Realpolitik policy toward Poland is, to a degree, done away with.
Now, what would we see happen to Poland, the Soviet Union and Germany in the post-WW2 conferences? With this hatred being along the lines of Hitler's racial hatred of the Jews and Slavs could we see Stalin allowing Germany to keep Pomerilia and either all of Silesia or the area of Silesia that was meant to go to German post-war? Heck, could we see Germany keeping it's 1939 eastern border? Would Stalin annex all of East Prussia, rather than give half to the Poles?
For the sake of simplicity, let's say that Stalin doesn't do anything that'll risk war with the Western Allies, e.g. directly annexing Poland.
P.s. Remember, this is a thought experiment and, as such, the POD isn't meant to be incredibly plausible.
