another OJ TL

POD #1 Ron Goldman gets there later. He sees OJ running from Nichole's house covered in blood. He goes in, sees Nichole's body and calls the police and tells them what he has seen. POD # 2 involves an OTL witness who testified before the grand jury. She said at an intersection a few blocks from Nichole's house, near the time of the murder, she slammed on her brakes and barely avoided crashing into OJ a she ran a red light. She talked to a tabloid tv show and Marcia Clark dropped her as a witness. ITTL she crashes into him and disables the Branco. When the police arrive they take the blood stained OJ into custody. He is charged with the murder. After the blood on OJ's clothes, shoes and gloves is tested and shows the presence of Nichole's blood, his attorney arranges a plea bargain. OJ disappears from the news before the end of June 1994. What would all of his who were adults in 1994 -1995 do with all that spare time. There would have been no OJ drama to monitor.

Your second PoD relied upon a chance encounter happening when the variables have been radically altered.

And this is hardly a timeline, unless you plan on continuing this and showing us a world where OJ was found without doubt guilty. Or go into more detail than an IMDb plot summery. But I suspect you probobly aren't, so I assume this must be a WI. But it isn't, because you aren't posing a question.

So yeah, this scenario is unrealistic as it 1) Relies on a chance encounter still happening, 2) assumes that one of the most famous men on Earth will just slip out of the news, or that the Police still won't abuse him in Jail.

The variables have not been radically altered. O J still gets away from Nichole's house and still drives recklessly. The OTL chance encounter changes by altering her ability to stop her car. After O J pleads guilty and goes to prison he is no longer making news. He might be abused in prison but he won't be making news like he did OTL 1994-1995.

I have rethought this scenario. O J would not have stayed at the scene of the accident, when he knew the police were coming. He would have taken off on foot. He would have walked back to his house or called a cab. Either way the police greet him there.

If Ron Goldman wasn't there-if Simpson didn't see another man there-he might not have reacted the same way. I don't know why Simpson did what all the available evidence indicates he did. I know he had a pattern of abusive behavior. But I don't know what factor convinced him to cross the line into murder.

There's at least some possibility that if Ron Goldman isn't there-Simpson does not murder Nicole Brown. Or at least he doesn't do so that particular night.

Then there is the plausible theory that he had planned the murder ahead of time. When they arrested him they found the receipt for his disguise. He bought it a month earlier after Nicholr gave him back his birthday gifts.
