(OOC: Inspired by this thread. Basically, pretend you're an utter n00b and fool, of the "Sealion was plausible, and the Nazis had secret moon bases" type).

Well? It shouldn't be too difficult - after all, they had all those cool tanks. They could have just rolled right over Europe!

I think it could be accomplished, the T43 was an awesome tank and was far better than everything else in the war. but if the Soviets invade all of Europe, Chang will probably win the Chinese civil war and take over china, so the US will ally with the ROC who will institute democratic reforms to make them more powerful. once teh USA gets the nuke, they can bomb all the Russian cities and retake europe.

Well hitler was pulling all the strings from his base in Antartica. When Hitler died in the 90s, USSR had no need to oppose the USA.

Also nukes never existed. It was all a farce so that the USSR and US could have massive military buildups. Sadly most of the money went to making a lot of giant bombs to replicate a nuclear blast.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Russia does not exist. Europe does not exist. Asia does not exist. Africa does not exist, etc., etc.. In the entire world, there is one continent, ruled by a single government. This government keeps different parts of the continent from knowing that they live in one continent, or that they are in a different nation. World War II did not happen. The Cold War did not happen. Stalin, Roosevelt, and Hitler did not exist, or, they did, as figureheads controlled by the same group that has controlled the world since the dawn of time.

During the war, I'll bet the Russians will use their scientific technology under Yuri's supervision to conquer America. As Europe is enslaved, Margaret Thatcher will lead a revolt with Winston Churchhill to fight back.

It is not so noobish, actually, and Allied Invasion of 1944 prevented such an outcome from becoming very serious possibility. Assuming that Allies were too scared of domestic unrest if their troops encounter serious losses or that they suffered failure in the 1st critical hours of invasion (that does have certain ASBish facet, but, would Rommel play his game flawlessly and Allies moderately screw up, it is not impossible), Soviet will likely overrun France and Benelux. That would mean that commie superblock will control all Eurasia but India and Burma and half of Africa. This will level Cold War playing filed substantially (20% of the world's economy tried to pick on 80% OTL) and can lead to Soviets winning it.

(OOC: You haven't got the point of the thread type, have you? This is exploring what ifs in a stereotypically n00bish way, in the same way that a DBWI tends to discuss how OTL history could never have happened, or and ASBWI explores a bizarre happening. The point of this is not 'trying to think about how it could reasonably have happened'. If it was, I would have posted it as a serious question).

The Soviets could have won, because they had Mig-29s. I saw a show on the Discovery Channel that said that they had infrared sensors, which Western fighters didn't have. That means the Soviets would be able to gain air superiority.

Plus, if the Soviets could capture some Western piliots and make them teach their flying tactics, the Soviets would gain an even bigger advantage, especially if they fight while it's raining.
