Another Great War Question

Once Bulgaria and Romania were in the war. Couldn't Albania, Dobruja, Montenegro and Serbia be given to or made the responsibility of Bulgaria maybe with German stiffening? Greater Bulgaria would extend from the Black Sea to the Adriatic and touches the Aegean.

Albania, Dobruja, Macedonia, and perhaps even parts of northern Greece are probably possible for this. The rest would probably be too much for Bulgaria to swallow.

Albania and Montenegro were in A-H zone of influence and too important strategically for them to let another nation snatch it...basically they have not fight tooth and nail to keep italy hands off them to gift them to Bulgaria

A-H would never voluntarily agree to any of these, except maybe Dobruja. Bulgaria itself may consider this too ambitious for its tastes (if only a bit too ambitious). The Ottomans would demand some major concessions for themselves, further complicating the issue...and while Germany et al might be gaining something from this arrangement, what would they really be gaining?
