This one has rules:
The US is divided, although the names and what states will be established later.
Canada does exist.
Mexico does exist.
There is a Franco-British Union.
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland all exist
The USSR still exists.
Japan is divided into North Japan and South Japan.
Israel still exists, and contains all of Jordan & Lebanon as well.
Turkey still exists.
Syria still exists.
Cuba is a prosperous democracy.
