Anne Boleyn

This may have come up before. She has two surviving children by Henry: a son and a daughter. Her son succeeds but dies young. Is she part of the regency and what happens to the plan to make Jane Grey queen? When Mary becomes queen, what happens next? Remember, Anne really detested Mary!

How long does the son live? Is the daughter the same as the OTL Elizabeth? As king, the son could name his sister (Eliz?) as heir in case he died childless and bypass Mary, who was declared illigitimate by Henry VIII.

Yes, the son is Edward VI and the daughter is the future Elizabeth I. But if Edward names Elizabeth as his successor, and Mary manages to escape, I foresee a possible civil war. The Catholic powers will support Mary. Henry VIII's divorce from Catherine was never really recognized by the catholic church and countries such as Spain and France will recognize Mary as the legitimate heiress.

How young does this Edward VI die and at what age? Is he healthier than the OTL's E-6? Does Henry VIII's reign progress as in OTL (except for wives #3-6 of course)? A lot needs to be flesherd out before one can speculate whether princess Mary would have a following and be a person behind whom English Catholics could/would rally.

If Anne can give Henry a son then she is secure and doesn't lose her head. which makes here influence on the king big. She was a protestant so how does this affect Henry? would he go from half-assed protestantism to full conversion (and resulting civil/religious war) or would he continue with his policy?

Elizabeth's outlook was greatly affected by shennanigans in her early life. Without her mother's death, imprisonment, Thomas Seymour's plot etc etc. Without this what kind of ruler would she be?
