So there's a die off in the butler family to the point that the only heir to the butler family eastes is the 7th earl of ormond grandson Thomas Boleyn. The family tree is so pruned that there are no Irish butlers to contest the taking of the Irish eastes by an Englishmen. Thomas Boleyn rapidly and succefully claims all of the eastes of his grandfather including the manors his grandfather cheated the 4th earl of Northumberland out of. This pisses off the Percy's who sue the Boleyn for thoes manors. After a long court case a deal is struck. The heir of the 5th earl Henry Percy will marry the Thomas Boleyns only child Anne (her shibling are never born in this timeline) who was born in 1502. They will marry in 1523 and one year later a healthy son is born and by 1526 she has 3 healthy sons. But she still reatained her good looks and figure. So she is hounded by Henry viii.

By this time she is bored with her husband and flirts with Henry. Then realizing how enamored Henry is with her she decides to use this to her advantage to advance her sons. How does this affect English history with Anna Boleyn a wealthy heiress married to the heir to one of the grandest families in England and being sought by the king. Can she become queen if she wants to? Would the Church of England happen? How would a Percy do in Ireland? What are the rewards her family could get if she milks this hard enough?

Bonus scenario: same as above but the second duke of nolfork has only one living child at his death after the childless death of his heir just a year earlier. Anne Boleyns mother. Elizabeth Boleyn inherites the entire Howard eastes in 1524 the same year as her first grandsons birth. Anne now has large eastes from both sides of her family. How does this affect the scenario? Will anything change with the early death of who sould have been the third duke of nolfork? And the end of the Howard family?
