So I've heard this theory before, I believe it's in one of the What If? books but I'm not sure.
Basically it goes that if Napoleon won a decisive victory at Waterloo and then he would just be defeated later by an Austro-Russian army instead of an Anglo-Prussian one. The result of this is that Russia and Austria are stronger and more influential and Britain is neither. Is this a plausible result of Napoleon's victory at Waterloo?
