Anglo-Japanese vs Russo-French

When Russia and Japan went to war in 1904, they each had active alliances with France and Britain respectively. In OT the two decided they did not want to fight one another and they kept out of it, but what if the two had made good on their alliances and triggered a global war because of it? Who would the likely victor be? What other great powers (Italy, Germany, Austria-Hungary, and United States) would get involved? What about other less influential nations like the Ottoman empire, Denmark, Sweden-Norway, Greece, and China? What sort of chain reaction could this cause?

I don't think any other powers can really make a decent case for intervention. Austria-Hungary's and Russia's conflicts were restricted to the Balkans at this time.

A scenario I can think of would be if France and Russia attacked the Ottomans to open supply lines in the Eastern Med. The Ottoman Empire delcares war on Russia and France, and then the Balkan nations leap up in rebellion with Russian guns. Austria-Hungary jumps on board against Russia to prevent Russian influence from spreading too far into the Balkans, and Germany in support of A-H attacks France.

Perhaps Italy would use the opportunity to take Savoy, Nice, Corsica, French Somaliland, and Tunisia. The Germans could have attempted to push further west. Maybe the Ottomans would have joined the Russo-French coalition to take Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, and the Arabian Coast from Britain. I'm pretty sure there was an alliance between Russia, France, and the Ottoman Empire at some point in history.

I doubt the Italians go for the French territories. Their claims on the Adriatic coast (Austrian lands) and Turkish territories in Africa are far greater, so if the Italians joined the fight it would be against Austria-Hungary (in my scenario, with France).

Likewise, the Ottomans wouldn't be in it for territorial gain. As I said, the Russians are after a way into the Med, and the Balkans are one way to do that. The Turks are going to either be neutral or against Russia. The British were more important to the Ottomans as allies anyway, I believe.

I wonder who would actually side with France and Russia, perhaps China but that's all I can really come up with. Perhaps AH and Russia could come come to some sort of agreement. AH and Russia could use the opportunity to fight Ottoman influence.
