Anglo-German accidental Union?

I was obviously listing the titles in the male form in general:rolleyes:

So, Lord Mann? ..

No, the point was (well, mine anyway, and I think Mr NothingNow's) was the present (definitely female) Queen, is correctly styled Duke of Normandy and Lord (of) Mann .

Not stressing it - just a comment in passing. Mr NN noted the interesting aberration of a lady being styled Lord, and I extended it.

It's irrelevant anyway, since Salic Law would mean that an Anglo_German union could not have a Queen Regnant (and thus, no Lady-Lord Mann or Duchess-Duke of Normandy).

Further irrelevancy - the Normandy one is made even odder by the fact that the 'ruler' of Sark is styled Lady of Sark, if female. Not Lord.
