Modern Imperialism

In a world where Germany and the United States are the two superpowers of the 20th century and Britain is a close second how does culture and cultural perspectives develop. For this pod German culture can’t be surpassed in the US or the British Empire. To my understanding Anglo culture associated more heavily with German culture before world war 1. How does these cultures develop with the US, Germany, and the UK being the biggest world powers? Could the US be a much more Germanic country especially in PA and the Midwest? Could the German language be more common then Spanish in the US?
