Angevin Empire Cliche Question.

This is an area I've often wondered about, whereby a fairly n00bish member posts the beginings of a timeline or WI where the Angevin Empire doesn't collapse and basically becomes an "England rules France"wank, which is rightly made fun of. But it is also called a cliche, and I for one have never actually seen a TL where this has been done, or at least one that doesn't finish after 2 pages with the final post from a year ago "I'll have the next part up tomorrow". So I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a TL where someone has done this, as I would personally find it very interesting.

Lord Darcy Investigates.... (or whatever the title(s) is). Randall Garrett. Of course, the laws of magic are discovered and formalized during the long reign of Richard I....

Find it. Read it.
