Ancien Regime restored in France after Napoleonic Wars

After the Napoleonic Wars, Louis XVIII was forced to adopt a written constitution that allowed a bicameral legislature, and during his reign Louis refrained from any overtly reactionary actions, instead sticking to moderation. What would happen, if, for say, the victorious European powers of the Napoleonic Wars and Louis XVIII decided to restore the Ancien Regime as it was during pre-Revolutionary France? Would France erupt in yet another revolution? Would there be further uproars within Europe itself? What would happen?

at that point France was exhausted from the decades of costly wars, so there wouldn't be an immediate revolution. but when '48 rolls around (assuming that still happens ITTL) there's gonna be trouble.

One of the claimants (the Count of Artois, IIRC) was extremely reactionary, trying to fight for the emigres and for the restoration of the white flag. He supported a "White Terror" in France, and some did follow in his footsteps.

after the death of his brother, he became Charles X, Last King of France.
