POD: Democrats keep "Anchors Aweigh" as their campaign song in 1932 and thereafter. Although originally its use in 1932 was presumably a reference to FDR's Navy Department background and love of sailing, it is also used by subsequent Democratic candidates simply as an indication that they are in the FDR tradition (though of course in the case of JFK and some later candidates it will also have a specifically naval reference). Republican use of the song wil sound almost defiant (even when a Navy veteran like Nixon is their candidate)--like Reagan's use of "Happy Days Are Here Again" in OTL...
