I don't think the Anarchists could 'win' the Spanish Civil War. They had no means of effectively winning the war on their own, they were too disjointed and disorganised to do that, and also risked betraying their ideology if they became centralised enough to become an effective military force.

I think if you prevent the Moroccan army from reaching mainland Spain, either through Germany and Italy not getting involved in the war, or the Republican navy being utilised more effectively at the very start of the war, the Nationalist uprising could have been decisively crushed and the Republicans win. However, I don't believe this would usher in an egalitarian utopia. The Anarchists might be tolerated for a while as the government's extreme anti-clericalism would fit with the Anarchist's view of Catholicism, but they would be an extremely de-stabilising force, preventing any centralisation and therefore almost any industrial development. They would also rule by mob violence, burning churches and assassinating priests, and unlike OTL where they have a romantic reputation due to them losing the war, they would essentially be an uncontrollable force creating absolute chaos. They also only had major support in Catalonia, and the mainstream Republicans would eventually have crushed them as they would be too destabilising and preventing them from ruling effectively.

Here is a collection of primary sources on the economy of Anarchist Spain (written by Anarchists).

OTL the CNT was very pro economic centralisation. In Barcelona they took over the private businesses amalgamated the competing private firms in each industry into singular organisations under 'democratic workers self management' organised throught the trade union. They increased economic centralisation and did aim at centrally planned investment and economic development which according to them would be under democratic oversight.

George Orwell (who fought for the republicans in the Spanish Civil War) said the best thing the Republicans could have done differently was to forment an anti-colonial rising in Morocco. Maybe that could be a POD?

As another poster has said, most of their influence was concentrated in Catalonia. However, this was where most of Spain's industry was located.

For a few months there was mob violence, however the anarchist organisations frowned on this and suppressed it with violence.

From winter 1936 the anarchist terror was centrally organised by the CNT and its workers militias with revolutionary tribunals which had proceedure etc.
