What if the 1922 March on Rome by Mussolini and the Blackshirts escalated into a full on Coup detat/Civil war, leading to Mussolini ousting the Italian royal family and forming the Italian Social Republic earlier?

He and his associate end with a bullet in the head after a couple of days a week tops as the army it's still loyal to the king and the fascist doesn't have the resources and capacity to wage a war against a real enemy, even the March on Rome was a gigantic bluff as the mighty fascist forces lacked everything from supply to weapons and ammunition. The King and the liberal enstablishment were more scared by the socialist/communist and thought to use Benny as a bulkward against them and because they think he can be easily controlled...yeah sure, if they try a real revolution VEIII and the goverment will give them hell

March on Rome was kabuki theater.

Socialists were organizing protests and strikes, were demanding king and liberals to surrender to the supposed anger of the masses.
"You have no choice, the masses have spoken!"
So king and liberals have let Benny stage a angry mob of his own. Then king said to socialists:
"Well, I had no choice but surrender to Benny, he had march of angry people and everything!"
to which they could only reply incredously:
"but, but, you were supposed to surrender to us!"

March of Rome was one big troll Benny, king, and liberals pulled on socialists.
