An Anti-German Slavic Nazi Empire

I was thinking, if Poland and Bohemia went on a personal union on the early 14th century is it possible for that resulting state to be anti German as OTL Prussia and have a dictator that hates Germans.

So your POD is in the 14century and Nazis still show up? :) How Turtledove like from you :D

Depends big time on what circumstances this hate comes into being:confused:

I wouldn't go so far back to achieve such a thing. I could see some form of 'nazism' arise in the Russian Empire under the right circumstances. The place had a lot of religious anti-Semitism among the populace and (pan-)Slavic nationalism was a big thing before WW I (and then popped up again after the disintegration of Yugoslavia and the USSR), so some kind of racist, fascistoid regime is possible. Now you only need a leader and a movement who combine that with eugenics, racial thinking and Germanophobia.
