An Anglo-Dutch war in the mid 19th century

Very small I would say. The Dutch in those days were a neutral nation and usually weren't involved in European wars. Besides that Anglo-Dutch relations were pretty good. There is a reason the Dutch sold their Gold coast colonies to the UK after all. And last, the Dutch were a relatively poor and unimportant country. They wouldn't have a chance against the British and they knew that.

I would agree with pompejus. Also it was in Britain's interest to keep the Netherlands, like Belgium, independent and neutral. Hence it's difficult to see a situation where the two would go to war unless say Britain was intervening to prevent a 3rd party imposing conditions on the Netherlands that Britain didn't like. Just about possible that in those circumstances it might be something that the bulk of the Dutch preferred so they opposed British intervention but difficult to see what that would be? Barring major diplomatic insanity by either/both sides.

What about some intervention in the case of a very pro-German government, assuming this wouldn't just become an Anglo-German war?

I don't get what you mean. Do you mean that the UK would attack the Netherlands only because they are Pro-German (not that Germany existed between 1850-1870)? The British were pretty pro-German too. Besides that how pro-German should the Netherlands be if it would mean war with the UK? I don't think even the Netherlands joining Germany (which would most certainly not happen by the way) would cause the British to ttack the Netherlands
